**The cardholder, address, and zip code must match the person on the invoice. If another person is paying on your behalf you must contact On-Time Screening prior to making your payment to make the adjustment.

Upon Payment received, dispatch confirmation will be sent to your email with confirmed arrival time. Please allow up to 1 hour for dispatch instructions to be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to check your email for dispatch instructions. You may need to check your spam folder as well. If you have not received your dispatch instructions within the alloted time, please call the testing department at 833-569-4833 ext 3.
